When you are looking for help with cutting carbs and sugars this is a great product. I love that it helps with my evening cravings and has no stimulants.
I started taking this on Jute 15th. I take it about 20-30 minutes before my lunch and dinner. I notice I feel full quicker and I am not craving carbs or sweets. I have lost a couple pounds so far. I was an evening snacker and this has made it to where I am no longer looking for snacks. When I go to eat I am eating about half the amount I was before. I feel full quicker and longer. With no stimulants it is great to take in the evenings.
